根据澳大利亚气候变化、能源、环境与水资源部(Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water)、澳大利亚边防部队(Australian Border Force, ABF)、中华人民共和国海关总署以及中华人民共和国生态环境部的相关法律法规,KNIGHT AU 在提供国际物流、清关与仓储服务期间,有权在必要情况下无需客户事先同意,即对客户货物进行非侵入式检查及必要开箱查验,以确保货物符合各国法律规定及生物安全要求。
本项检查仅限用于合规与安全目的,属于依法履行职责之行为。客户需无条件配合本公司完成相关检查流程。所有被查验的包裹将附有查验告知单,随货一并返回。
如在查验过程中发现以下情形:
违禁品(如违禁药品、危险物品等)
伪造文件
走私或虚假申报行为
KNIGHT AU 将立即终止相关服务,并依法向中国及澳大利亚有关执法机构报告,保留进一步追责的权利,包括但不限于:
拒绝运输服务
扣押或留置货物
将货物移交至相关执法机关处理
客户因违规造成的全部费用及法律责任,由客户自行承担。
如客户在查验过程中拒绝配合,KNIGHT AU 同样有权中止运输、移交执法机构,并不承担任何由此产生的责任。
如您曾通过 EWE、澳邮中国快运、方舟速递的其他代理点寄送货物,请务必如实提供相关代理信息,以便我们确保货物申报与运输路径的透明与合规。

In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the following authorities:
Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (Australia)
Australian Border Force (ABF)
General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China
Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People’s Republic of China,
KNIGHT AU reserves the right, when deemed necessary, to conduct non-intrusive inspections and open-box checks of shipments without prior consent from the customer during the provision of international logistics, customs clearance, and warehousing services. These inspections are strictly for the purpose of ensuring compliance with cross-border regulations and biosecurity requirements.
These actions are considered lawful and standard procedures in the execution of our regulatory obligations. Customers are required to cooperate fully with the inspection process. All inspected packages will be accompanied by a formal inspection notice and returned together with the shipment.
If any of the following violations are discovered during the inspection:
Prohibited items (e.g. contraband, hazardous materials)
Forged documents
Smuggling activities
False declarations or undervalued goods
KNIGHT AU will immediately suspend services, report to the relevant Chinese and Australian authorities, and reserves the right to pursue legal action. This may include but is not limited to:
Refusing to transport the shipment
Detaining or withholding goods
Transferring goods to enforcement agencies for further action
All costs, penalties, or legal liabilities resulting from such violations shall be borne entirely by the customer.
Customers who refuse to cooperate or are found in violation during the inspection process will face potential refusal of service, confiscation of goods, and legal referral. KNIGHT AU accepts no responsibility for losses or damages arising from these actions.
If you have previously shipped goods through other agents via EWE,AUExpress or Ark Express, you are required to truthfully disclose the name of the agent to ensure full transparency and compliance.
